Fatigue Laws SUCCESS - Heavy Vehicle Permanent Exemption

Following a meeting with the NSW RFAC in Sydney of which LBCA are a member, NSW Minister Michael Daley granted a permanent exemption for work diary requirements for truck drivers working less than 100km from their base and farmers driving within 160km of their farm.
